Door weatherstrips

I bought the new door weatherstrips under the groupbuy back in 2024 but came to fit the drivers side one today (been busy 😂😂😂) and cant seem to get it to push down onto/over the door carcass top seam edge??
Anyone else had an issue with these???

Both of my sets fitted perfectly and haven't heard of anyone having any problems
