Engine bay Yellow decal on plastic slam panel cover still available?

Hi all. As above is the engine bay yellow decal located on the front black plastic slam panel cover still available from Ford? Part number would be great if still available. If not anyone doing repros? I have looked on DMB Graphics site but cannot see anything on there.
Any help would be great.

Finis part number for the yellow air conditioning sticker is 1053993 so could check with FMC
