Thanks for the pictures, still can’t see how it’s attached to the car with the bracket regrettably but might be my phone making the picture’s grainy.

Sorry I wasn’t of any help, but your post asked for charge cooler pump location.

As Dan says below it’s a 2 piece bracket .

The bracket is very crude. Its like a 2 part bracket that has some foam around the inner face (between bracket and pump body)

This bracket attaches to the air box bracket and the pump it’s fixed between the two brackets with foam around the pump ( as Dan says above) then the two brackets are fixed together with two screws to hold the pump in place!
