2547 Refurbish
Having fought off the plague of moths in my wallet and searched down the back of the sofa, I finally raked up enough to pay my subs :-))
Feeling poorer too as I have just collected 2457 back from the tender mercies of the guys at Demon Performance in Middlewich who have done a full underside refurbish.
2457 is a 53 plate and has had no underside work done since new, until now. As you might imagine, it was a bit of a mess (major problem being rusted bolts), but has now been restored to full fitness, and, I have to say looks amazing - worth every penny spent and should be (hopefully) good for the next 20 years.
Needs a bit of bodywork (lower wheel-aches and sills) but then, a set of new boots and a steering wheel refurb should put it back into prime condition.
Can't praise the Demon guys enough - great work!
