Windscreen scuttle panel

Hi guys and gals.I would like to remove the black plastic scuttle panel between windscreen and bulkhead,to clean out all the dirt etc that has built up below.
I know i need to remove the wipers and clips along edge engine side that look like they push or squeeze to release.
What holds the panels windscreen edge side? Are there screws below blanking caps?
If there are, I guess these are likely to get damaged upon removal.

As far as I can remember, those aren't blanking caps and not removable.
Will have a look tomorrow as I got a spare scuttle panel stocked.

There is one blanking cap in the centre with a screw below it but that is to connect the two halves together. From memory the rest is clips once the wiper arms are off. Recommend a puller to remove those also. The windscreen edge of the two halves may require a bit of persuasion to get off depending on how it was sealed but nothing too drastic.
