Viewing on Build 1241

Hi all,
A friend of mine is looking to view build number 1241 with a view to purchasing on Saturday and just wondered if anyone on here had any info on it?

Quick search of the build number on the facebook page shows the last owner didnt have it very long, however it looks like he chucked a fair chunk of cash at at it.
