Intercooler box repair replace?

Found coolant inside the intercooler box inlet and outlet.
Can the top intercooler box be re cored or is replacement easier/cheaper. What are my options basically?

There are companies that can overhaul it. However it is generally very expensive.
A few people have attempted to have new ones made by various companies but this is also very expensive.
You can try to find a good second hand one if you wish to keep the system and keep the costs a bit lower but ultimately due to the age i expect it will do the same again somewhere along the line.

As Dan has said as it's a second hand part and its quite an old part there is always a chance the same could happen somewhere down the line. The other option if you wanted to and wasn't worried about having a modified part on the car then you could go for an air to air intercooler which would take away any future worries about leaks or the pump failing.

Could always stick a wanted post up in the for sale/wanted section on this forum and see if anyone has one they would part with?
Failing that I think its going to be a big bill unfortunately. The last person I saw have one reproduced paid well over a grand and that was a few years ago.
