Evening all,
I retired my Mk1 FRS from daily duties and garaged it just over a year ago. I'm the second owner and have put a lot of miles on it in the decade I've owned it. As a result, its needing a some work to get back to its former glory.
The bodywork will be sorted (the dreaded rusting front wing issue is giving me sleepless nights). It needs a little TLC elsewhere then some paint. The engine is going to have an overhaul: new hoses (I'm thinking Samco classic black for OEM looks but with silicones durability), cambelt and some other little upgrades. Finally, the brakes will be rebuilt and I'm toying with the idea of some Reyland two piece discs.
I wanted to say a quick hello - I'm planning on pestering you all for advice over the next few months!
All the best
Jon
