Chance to buy mk1 RS Focus HELP PLEASE

Hi guys I have chance to buy a Mk1 RS REG Number HD03 UUZ it has 135,748 miles and only 2 stamps in book. Was this anyones car on here and what sort of price should it be, its been traded in and a trade sale.

I know of this car. Was owned by the previous owner for many years. Used to be cherished but i would say less so in recent years.

It needed some work. There were a few rust issues starting to appear and generally needed a bit of a tidy up. It had some "choice" modifications. Think otherwise mechanically it was pretty good.
It was advertised summer last year for sale.
