Repair or replace?

Looks like the alternator might have decided its had enough. Repair or replace it? If replace how much and where to get an original part?

I believe the original is 80a, not sure on brand but i have had a Denso one on my car for just over 3 years now.

Did you buy one from Ford with their stamp on it or just a Denso one from elsewhere?
