It's an idea - what I could do is a Focus RS version of the Collector's Edition - that will come with a signed and numbered certificate anyway. But I could - if there is enough interest and preorders - maybe do a Focus RS one that has a Focus RS certificate that includes provision for adding the car's build number.

Any information on why they revised or never bothered with producing the RS without 4WD. Obviously it's told it was meant to have got this when the escos closed shop and Ford claimed it simply didn't need it? Would have been a better fight against the likes against Subaru and Mitsubishi.

It's a very complex story - but in a nutshell there WAS an AWD 340bhp car, well two when Prodrive built a second for Ford. But it could never make sense financially - and given that RS Focus was a nightmare for everyone there was no appetite.

Would have been awesome if the car was released with the full works 4WD system and 300bhp, but as mentioned it was a financial disaster for ford. The car we have been given will definitely go down as a hot hatch hero

I would have liked to know why the auxiliary gauges st 170 were removed on the rs?
