Injector limit?

Roughly what sort of power do standard injectors run to ? I know it will vary on spec of engine but just to get an idea.

I believe 330/340bhp ish is around the limit, but in my opinion you're pushing it at that. At that kind of power i'd personally be fitting a better pump and injectors.

I have an uprated pump but think I might need a set of injectors , which are the best to get after the standard ones ?

Asnu, RC or id are good makes. Don't go cheap as if they fail you'll melt your engine. Deatschworks are doing some now too. Have a word with Paul at Co-Ordsport he might be able to help.
If you're not going crazy power , go for 650cc or there abouts. If you intend to crank it up, go for 1000cc or id1050x.
Also speak to your mapper and see what they use. Mark Shead from MA Development will only sell Asnu. That's a good recommendation.
