    Got an appointment next week to sort the Dutch registration.
    It's a matter of checking the car for VIN, weight and wheelbase and of course paying import tax as it's a German car.
    After this it takes about a week to get the Dutch plates which allows me to drive it on the road 😚🤗

          Thumbs up at the registeration office and couple pics made there by the staff 😁
          One step closer and waiting for plates now!

          The plates on the car now are just one-day plates which only allows you to drive it to this office.
          Also needed a one-day insurance....yes it sounds a bit complicated but these are the rules in this country.
          The drive was brilliant though !! :)

              will it be road legal in Holland with a full rollcage?
              make sure to wear a helmet when driving, as if you crash and hit the cage when having an accident this will give major injuries
              never drive faster then your guardian angel can fly

                Hi Chris, yes it's road legal as they recently checked the car and all good. The previous owner had all modifications approved by TUV, which helped. You can change nearly everything on a car here in Holland.
                Thanks for your warning but really no need to wear a helmet, unless it's on a track where they force you to wear one.
                The 6-point seatbelt will keep you in the seat and the Sparco's have headrests on both sides.
                There is no way I can hit the cage.
                Also all cage areas around you are foamed with OMP stuff, just in case 🏼

              Went to the Ring yesterday, brilliant weather and they opened the GP and Nordschleife as one track.
              The car did really well without any issues, was absolutely mega .
