Anyone know any info on this number, I just spoke to the owner and he said he got it from Essex last year. It's got a private plate R5 BVM.

I'm abit concern bout this one as he says he bought it from Essex last year and hasn't drove it since, he also didn't have a clue whether it was modified or not when clearly in the pictures it has.

Have you got a link to the for sale advert Jon?

Having the car stood for a while is not uncommon as there are many owners out there that are happy to have them standing if they are worried about using them or mileage conscious, have you asked the owner why he hasn't used the car?

It's on gumtree on 11k. It's not a great advert with only two pictures. He says he bought it for investment purposes.

All depends how it was stored, dry and clean under a cover is a good indication it was looked after - sat outside in the rain, isn't..

Yes used to me mine, started life as LL03 BPF and then to R5 KST, wish I'd known Ben was for selling I would have bought back. Let me know if you want some pictures of it

Thought i'd bump this as wondered if my old car was out there somewhere still... looks like its had a bit of a chequered history after leaving Ben and was offered for sale on gumtree at some point but seems to have disapeared again, if anyone knows its location, would maybe like to revisit my past - thanks

I owned this RS from January 2015 to March 2016 absolutely loved it and regretted selling it. At the time i had it it had a hybrid turbo airtec charge cooling rad scorpion exhaust. I had a new tubular manifold made for it as the old one cracked. It went like a train! I also fitted uprated thermostat and housing that stop the occasional overheating issue.
Still had every single little bit of history with it.
I had the front of the car resprayed due to stone chips and other bits touched up and was in amazing condition.
Im in Essex and bought it from a bloke in Kent. Cant remember his name. I sold it to a man from Bristol who said he was buying it as an investment but it seems to have been SORN ever since which is a shame as i used it as a daily car.
Id happily buy it back if i had the money and if anyone knows where it is now.
to good of a car to go missing!
