Hello everyone

I just wanted to introduce myself as the latest member of the club.

I’ve been the proud owner of a Mk1 numbered #0177 since December 2002. I first saw the car as a concept at the Birmingham Motor Show but nobody from Ford knew anything about its production. I was one of lucky ones to be invited to Gaydon and drive the pre-production cars and then again at the Top Gear test track with a demonstration drive from the Stig.

After recently purchasing a brand new wheel from another member on here (thanks Tim) and receiving help and great advice on where to purchase other parts, I realised I needed to join a club.

Looking forward to meeting some of you in the future.

Great to be in connection with the first original owner of 0177. Not many one owner Mk1 Focus RS cars out there now, hats off for keeping the car for just over 23 years.

Big thanks to Tim Derbyshire DUK , for recommending joining our club.

Would be nice to see you join us at a show in 2026 if you can Dave.

I was the age of where you are now Dan when I purchased my first one. 23 years has certainly flown by.
