  • Sort of a new owner #2431

    Hi everyone I'm Jason,
I bought this back in 2013 for the Mrs and took the car back when we split up 3 years ago, which in that time 2431 has been off the road having an underneath resto, and timing belt done. She is ready for mot end of the week so looking forward to putting some miles on her. I was going to sell it but now with what I have spent on it she will stay in my collection of classic Ford cars.

Welcome Jay, had some proper TLC then with underside resto and cambelt replacement. Your number plate is very similar to mine.

Good to hear you have kept the car and you will enjoy getting behind the wheel again.

Well finally after 4 years off the road, having new sills, rear arches and bottom of front wings fabricated and all new brakes, suspension and total underneath restoration she's Mot'd and ready to have some fun.

And do you have any pictures left of the restoration of the underside of the car and the bottom of the front fenders. I need to do some minor work too, interested in your experience!
