New owner just saying hello

Morning all

I have recently brought number #0292

Apologies to the purest but it's not standard and is black in colour

I have brought it as I used to ow a rs turbo and cosworth years back before going down the Evo route which I still own

The frs is abit rough and ready but that's what took my fancy as it's a weekend blast/track toy

I have a few things I'd like some advise on regards to the frs main one is a alarm issue (factory alarm system) I believe

I am based in Nottinghamshire if there's anyone local to point me in the right direction

Hope you enjoy the car. If its the one i think it is, its had some use as a track car already so sounds perfect for what you want.
With the regards to the alarm, i believe there is a way to sort it but whats involved exactly im not too sure as ive not had to deal with it personally (yet 😬). Clayton is the man for this so hopefully he will be able to help some time.

I do know of the car you have purchased and does look well in black, like one of the test mules. Out of interest to add to the history, would it be possible to know the date you purchased the car James (day/month/2023)

0292 was originally owned by 360 Motorsport next to Silverstone and used as their Track Car.

As regards the alarm issue, they are very temperamental. They generally create the problems due to a flat battery. Im from Nottinghamshire so could be close to you?

Good to see some non-standard 👍 they all look the same, although very impressive if in large quantities such as with the 15th and 20th anniversary meets, but always the non blue ones get more attraction 👍
