New owner of 3168

Hi everyone, new to this forum and also to Focus RS ownership. I’ve just purchased 3168 - one previous owner and 13,000 miles.

It’s in amazing condition and I’m looking forward to meeting up with some of you in future.
I also own a Series 1 RS Turbo and a 3dr Cosworth, so I’m a total RS nut.

I may need a lesson in how to post - is there a way to do so other than just attaching from file?

I always use the attachment icon, others use the camera icon.
There is a limit on picture size, so you might need to edit pictures.
When uploading by iPhone, it’s very easy to edit the pictures to a size that fits the forum.

I’m happy to help you uploading if needed.

Thanks Clayton, Yes it’s the one from Mathewson - I knew I was paying a lot but the history and story is spot on around the car. Someone else from the tv was after it so had to push the boat out to get it.

I’ve had it MoT’d today, passed with flying colours and then took it for a drive with my son around the chilterns. He loved driving it as much as I did. It’s such a pleasure to share my car and RS passion with the next generation 😉

we were saying the Series 1 is just a hooligan without much control, the Cossie is a nice cruiser with street cred and eye catcher, but the Focus RS is the car that’s got it all, pace, balance and edge

It’s going in for a full detail now as there are a few swirls but it’s just an amazing time capsule.
