Hello and welcome Couto, this is the area to introduce yourself and your RS.

    What buildnumber is your car?

Regarding your issue: do you mean the gauges stay on even when the key is out the steering lock?

Hi, yes the gauges stay on when the key is out of the steering lock. Car number 4043. I've had the car since 2006 and never had any problems.

Never heard of this before, although I did hear of units failing. Think it was due to moist, but not sure.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery?

Had this exact problem with my car couple years ago, and a week ago a dutch fellow owner contacted me with said problem.
Both were solved by removing the dashbinnacle, taking it carefully apart , so take meters out of binnacle, clean all contact points on the printed circuit board and carefully re assemble the lot usingsome contactspray
Hope this may help you solve your problems too πŸ‘

Do they hover around half way?
This is a very common problem if so.

Lots of suggestions from moisture in the cluster, to bad earth, weak battery etc.

I personally had this on my car and believe it was moisture related. I havent seen it return as of yet but mk1 focus model in general was known for dash cluster faults so it may not even be that.

Hi! Everything works normal, but when I stop the car the gauges (turbo and fuel) come down normally but 2 seconds later go up and stay at the middle. πŸ˜…
