  • Hi from the new owner of 0120

    Hi All,
I'm Colin and I'm the new recent owner of number 0120.

The car was bought to be a daily runner to replace my current banger (MGZS) with something a little more fun!
Why not go with some imperial blue.
Its got 112k miles on it and 7 owners so I'm not afraid to use it.
Its currently having a few bits of the obligatory welding done to make it tidy. It's pretty original, never been painted which I like as it means I know what it's had done, or in this case, what it's not had done.
Mongoose exhaust, dump valve and cone filter fitted near enough from new that I will revert back to standard if I can find the parts.
Very good service history. I'm pleased so far 😁

Welcome. Get some photos up, we never get bored of looking at them 😂.

Hello and welcome 👋. Getting a standard dump valve and air filter housing shouldn't be too much off an issue and most have taken the standard items off but finding a standard exhaust in good condition will be very hard and expensive if you do find one.

Welcome to the club Colin and nice to hear of build number 0120 especially an early build number. Your Focus RS is a missing number from the worldwide build list, would it be possible to know some more details of 0120 please as I would like to add your car to the database and find out the build date.

Hope you find the forum of great help and hope we see you join us at the shows when its safe for us to attend the shows again.

                Welcome Colin.

My car is a daily too on just under 92k and lives outside. It needs a few bits doing here and there but thats what spring, summer and early autumn are for.

If you do find an exhaust I'd be interested in your after market one.

Cheers for the warm welcome chaps.
I've already gleamed a few hits of vital info from the forum and hopefully i may be able to put some useful bits up.
I work for Ford so hopefully getting some parts might be a little easier!
Clayton what info do you need? :)
