Morning all,
Some of you may remember me from way back in the FFOC, RSOC, Northen Monkey/Tuna days. I bought 0350 standard back in 2004. I kept it until around May 2013 and highly modified with all the best bits you could get at the time. Sold it on as had a few life changes and as many do decided I wanted something different.
Ten cars later and now have a Cayman GTS, but just happened to spot my old car on EBay a few weeks back and felt I couldn't let it go. I went down to see it yesterday and agreed a price and left a deposit. Just need to sort a few things with number plate changes etc and then hopefully I'll have it back soon.
My long term plan would be for it to be a keeper now. It's had an air to air setup fitted since I had it, and I'd rather revert back to the charge cooled system. Just prefer the originality of it, but unfortunately it would seem the original parts have gone, so if anyone has any spare parts I could well be interested. I am having a scissor lift installed next month, so the underside shall be in for a restoration and overall tidy up over the winter. May consider a respray in the future, but I'll wait till I get it back and can have a proper assessment of it.
Other than that hopefully return to some shows again when time allows.
