Lower weather door strip and any decent quality gear knobs available?

As the lower weather door strips have been discontinued from Ford, I was wondering what my options are to replace these or do I need to go hunting at the local salvage yards?

Also, my gear knob looks a little tired so if there's any out there reasonably priced I would be interested.

RSRick3290 I think was arranging something with a company to reproduce the weather strips and I'm sure I read that they are available now.

Would be great for the club to be involved with a group buy. As mine are only a few years old I'm not in a rush but will definitely buy a pair, maybe even 2.
