Hi has anyone ever ordered parts from J9 performance parts as I have recently ordered some pipes from them but they have not arrived and I have contacted them twice for an update but with no reply.

Hi, yeah ordered a few times already. Last time was about 2 months ago.
Never had any issues.
Have you tried to contact them on social media?
I'm only on Instagram and they reply quickly. -
Yes have also used them. No issues. In fact i believe i had a couple of things via a group buy on this club.

I ordered a couple of Red5 Carbon bits through them back in 2019, and i think also had something, that came via them, from a GB Clayton organised. No issues.
When you say you ordered some pipes, were they something they stock / order to sell themselves, or are they something that is made to order via a different company? I only say that as when i ordered the carbon bits in 2019, i had no update on the order for about 2 - 3 weeks, which was a bit concerning, but given the parts were made to order i expected a bit of a delay. Just as i was about to chase it i received an email from J9 to say they'd been notified that Red5 had posted the items and that they were coming from them directly. Could be a similar issue here?Comment
