Trickle charger

I'm putting a trickle charger on my car should I disconnect the battery terminals?
If I disconnect terminals will I have any issues when I reconnect them?

No need to disconnect the battery terminals.

As above. Leave everything connected.
Only thing i would recommend is connecting the crocodile clips to battery terminals with the charger isolated from the mains.
Check its connected correctly and then switch the power on to the unit.
