What’s it worth?

I'm considering selling my Mk1. It doesn't get used anymore and just sits in the garage taking up space. I'm losing the buzz of having a summer toy and have other interests now. I'm wanting a good fast daily and turning the garage into a home gym so my kids and wife can use it as well as me.
What would be a realistic price to ask? I see prices are anywhere 15k and upwards. The car is just about to turn 73k. The front bumper has just had a full repaint to freshen it up. The alloys have been professionally refurbed and painted. The wing bottoms and arches etc are all original and in rust free condition. It's full service history and running some mods peron manifold..intercooler k&n etc and running about 300bhp. The interior is in great condition with no rips etc and the steering wheel has been refurbished. I'm the 9th owner. The car wants for nothing. Cheers

I seen them around the 13-16 grand mark on other listings but it all depends on condition of sills and arches as most know they rot there and have to be repaired/replaced to get strong money on them.
