Yes you can, Rates Ford etc usually have them on ebay. Not cheap mind you, around £250.
.....+ painting after.
Wouldn't recommend going aftermarket either as they are widely regarded as a poor fit and people have issues with the bonnet catch.

Is yours damaged? If you have to replace it i would definitely get a genuine one and repaint. Not RS specific.Comment

No it's not damaged but gone rusty in the hard places to get into so thought I would get a new one.Comment

I would look to having it soda blasted and re painted myself. Least you know where you stand with that one.Comment
