Engine ticking

Hi!

When engine is in working temp. And turned off, and then turned on after a little while. Theres a ticking noise for a little while, from around cyl 2.

Here is a little video, is the sound from a lifter? Sounds normal?
Hope you can hear what i mean, loud exhaust.
