Roof rubber strips and front grille RS badge

My roof x 2 rubber strips have become loose and wanting to put my Pillar RS badge on front grill and been advised with Tiger Seal? is this the best to use

You can buy rs badge for the grille that screw on unbranded but looks alright as for tiger seal not sure

Aren't badges usually put on with 3M automotive double sided tape?

Probably best to screw it on if you can......when they are stuck on they become very vulnerable to "treasure hunters".....
